PACKAGE OVERVIEW (23 Days)

Flights
  Travel Dates:
  • Tentative departure from Australia 16th July 2020.
  • Tentative departure from Saudi Arabia 08th August 2020.
Makkah FIRST: (25 ZQ - 03/04 ZH)/ (17 – 24/25 JUL)
 
  • Accommodation at Makkah Hilton DoubleTree hotel 5-star hotel or similar faxing the Haram, 4 persons per room, double and triple occupancy available upon request (25 ZQ - 03/04 ZH).
  • Upon arrival at the hotel perform Umrah. Makkah Swissotel Almokam Hotel is conveniently located facing the Haram which makes it easy to perform your Umrah on your own and enjoy five daily prayers.
  • An open buffet breakfast and dinner will be available at the hotel except during all days of the Manasik.
  • Continue to pray at Makkah hotel. You can go to the Haram on your own
  • Travel by government provided bus to Azizia or Shisha or Jabal al-Nour (3/4 ZH).
AZIZIA OR SHISHA OR JABAL AL-NOUR SECOND: (04 – 14 ZH)/ (25 JUL – 04 AUG)
 
  • Accommodation in Azizia or Shisha or Jabal al-Nour at building apartments/rooms with private bathroom, occupancy based on 5 persons per room, double, triple and quadruple occupancy available upon request. The Building is located very close to Jamarat and shopping centre, you have full access to your rooms and personal luggage during the Manasik (04 – 14 ZH).
  • Upon arrival at the Building, if you wish you may perform Umrah on your own.
  • Continue to pray at the Building. You can go to the Haram on your own.
  • Boxed breakfast and dinner will be served at Building except during all days of the Manasik.
  • Travel by government provided air-conditioned bus to Mina (8 ZH).
MANASIK THIRD: (08 – 12 ZH)/ (29 July – 02 AUG)
 
  • Accommodation at Mina will be in North America camp with upgraded air-conditioned tents with sofa beds. Full access to your room at the Building during Manasik.
  • Food in Mina: Breakfast & dinner boxed meals will be served during the stay at Mina.
  • Travel by government provided bus to Arafat (9 ZH).
  • Accommodation at Arafat will be in North America camp.
  • Food in Arafat: One hot meal will be served.
  • After Maghrib Athan, the group will be transferred to Muzdalifah by government bus to pray Maghrib and Isha, collect the pebbles for Jamarat from Muzdalifah (9 ZH)/ this day is running by Saudi Hajj Government Authorities.
  • Eid day, return back to Mina from Muzdalifah after Fajr by government bus. Take breakfast and throw Jamarat Aqabah Al-Kubra. Transfer to Makkah hotel to perform Tawaf Al-Ifadah at your convenience and confirming with the group leader that the sacrifice is done, shave or shorten the hair and now you are completely out of your Ihram. Return back to the Mina camp (10 ZH).
  • Important Note: Bus will be provided on Eid day for transfer between Mina camp and Makkah to perform Tawaf Al-Ifadh, but bus availability is subject to traffic conditions and roads closure period which is controlled by Saudi Government Authorities. This service is not obligatory and it is a compliment from our company. In case of non-availability of the bus, the pilgrim can use a taxi instead at his/her own cost.
  • The days of Tashreeq, throw Jamarat (11 ZH), throw the final Jamarat and then depart to Azizia Buiding (12 ZH).
AZIZIA fourth: (12 – 14 ZH)/ (02 – 04 AUG)
 
  • Continue to pray at Azizia Building. You can go to the Haram on your own and make sure to perform Tawaf Al-Wadaa' before departing the Building (13/14 ZH).
  • Boxes for breakfast and dinner will be available at the Building.
  • Travel by government provided air-conditioned bus to Madinah (14 ZH).
MADINAH FIFTH: (14 - 18 ZH)/ (04 – 08 AUG)
 
  • Accommodation in Nozol AlMonawara hotel or similar, 150 meters away from the Haram of Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, 5 persons per room, double, triple and quadruple occupancy available upon request (14 ZH - 18 ZH).
  • An open buffet breakfast and dinner will be available at the hotel.
  • Continue to pray at Madinah hotel. You can go to the Haram on your own
  • Enjoy the Mazarat trip in Madinah to historic sights: Jabal Uhud, Masjid Quba, Masjid Al-Qiblatain, and more.
  • Departure day: Travel by government bus to the airport. Take the flight back to Australia (18 ZH/08 AUG).

Cautionary Notes:

  • Trip dates subject to change due to change in the Islamic calendar, Hajj ministry rules, airline policy or local delays within Saudi
  • During the Hajj season, Hotel Management at Makkah and Madinah, reconfigure the bed layout and the bed sizes in the hotel rooms to accommodate a large number of pilgrims. So in some cases, the floor space will be tighter than what is shown on the hotel website.

TO APPLY FOR HAJJ

a) For Hajj Package Reservation:
The Following Documents MUST BE Read, Understood, Filled and Submitted to apply for the Hajj Package:
  1. Hajj Registration Form for each person (ONLINE ONLY).
  2. Hajj Terms & Conditions Agreement for each person (ONLINE ONLY).
  3. The Deposit Payment of $3,500.00 MUST be received in the Bank Account of Adam Travel Australia.
b) Documents Required To Be Submitted:
  • Valid Australian passport for at least six months with 4 empty pages.
  • Four passport size photos (white background).
  • Saudi Arabia Visa Application Form PDF for each person (Download from the website, fill, print & sign it).
  • In case of a NON-Australian passport, the applicant must provide a copy of Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO), to approve that you are a Resident in Australia at least for 2 years.
  • Original Certificate of Vaccination for Meningitis (ACYW 135) and Seasonal Flu vaccine.
  • Certificate of Introduction from Mosque or Islamic Organisation.
  • Declaration of Conversion To Islam PDF
  • A copy of Marriage Certificate for husband & wife (must be duly certified by Police).
  • Copy of Birth Certificates for Brothers/Sisters traveling identifying the relationship as per parents’ names (must be duly certified by Police).
  • A copy of Birth Certificate for children or infants who accompany their parents. (must be duly certified by Police).
  • Females of age under 45 years must be traveling with a Mahram and must have a proof of relationship (must be duly certified by Police). [Females of age above 45 years can be traveling without a Mahram.]
  • A Mahram must be a minimum 17 years of age.
  • Any supporting documents required by the Saudi Embassy. (must be duly certified by Police).
  • Prepaid self-addressed Courier Bag or Australian Express post Platinum envelope (Maximum Weight of no less than 500g, Maximum Thickness 20mm) for us to return your Passport and other documents in relation to your travel. Alternative arrangements of returning your documents can be made at your own expense.
  • If requested by relevant authorities to use air-courier for passport and Hajj documents to obtain Hajj visa between Melbourne and Canberra and between Canberra and Melbourne (2 way), the cost of the air-courier will be borne and paid by the client which is $165.00.
