THIS PROGRAM IS RECOMMENDED FOR PROFESSIONALS WITH SHORT VACATION AND/OR THOSE WHO WISH TO AVOID THE DIFFICULTIES OF MINA & ARAFAT STAY. FIRST MADINAH AT INTERCONTINENTAL DAR AL-IMAN AND END YOUR HAJJ WITH HILTON SUITES IN MAKKAH.

PACKAGE OVERVIEW (15 Days)

Flights
  
  Travel Dates:
  • Tentative departure from Australia 20th July 2020.
  • Tentative departure from Saudi Arabia 4/5th August 2020.
Madinah First: (1 ZH - 4 ZH)/ (22 – 25 JUL)
  
 
  • Upon arrival to Madinah International airport and after clearing customs, our ground staff will guide you to the bus to be transferred to the hotel.
  • Accommodation: 5 Star Intercontinental Dar Al-Iman Hotel or similar facing the Haram. 4 persons per room, double and triple occupancy available upon request. Enjoy daily prayers in the Haram on your own (01 ZH - 04 ZH).
  • Food: Breakfast and Dinner open buffet will be served at the hotel.
  • Enjoy the Mazarat trip in Madinah to historic sights: Jabal Uhud, Masjid Quba, Masjid Al-Qiblatain, and more.
  • Enter the state of Ihram and prepare for the Makkah trip in government air-conditioned bus. The group will then stop at the Miqat Zul Hulaifa to make the proper intention for Umrah & Hajj (04 ZH).
Makkah Second: (04 ZH – 14ZH) / (25 July – 4 AUG)
  
 
  • Accommodation at Makkah Hilton Suites Hotel or similar at the Haram boundary, 4 persons per room, double and triple occupancy available upon request. Enjoy daily prayers in the Haram on your own (04 - 14 ZH).
  • Upon arrival at the hotel perform Umrah. Hilton Suites Hotel is conveniently located facing the Haram which makes it easy to perform your Umrah on your own and enjoy five daily prayers.
  • An open buffet breakfast and dinner will be available at the hotel except during all days of the Manasik.
  • Travel to upgrade Premium Mina Camp, very close to the Jamarat by private upgraded deluxe air-conditioned bus (8 ZH).
MANASIK THIRD: (08 ZH – 12 ZH)/ (29 July – 02 AUG)
  
 
  • Accommodation at Mina Camp in Adam Travel compound private upgraded air-conditioned constructed rooms with tents ceiling to provide comfort air flow.
  • Food in Mina: Daily open buffets service at Mina during your stay at the camp.
  • Full access to the hotel during Manasik and a daily bus/coaster transfer between the Mina camp and the hotel will be available. The bus schedule will be determined by your group leader (Optional).
  • Travel by air-conditioned bus to Arafat upgraded tents (9 ZH).
  • Accommodation at Arafat in “Private upgraded Adam Travel compound”. Special upgraded air-conditioned tents (9 ZH).
  • Food in Arafat: Special Open Buffet will be served with drinks all day (9 ZH).
  • After Maghrib Athan, the group will be transferred to Muzdalifah by bus to pray Maghrib and Isha, collect the pebbles for Jamarat from Muzdalifah (9 ZH).
  • Eid day, return back to Mina from Muzdalifah after Fajr by bus. Take breakfast and throw Jamarat Aqabah Al-Kubra. Get transferred to Makkah hotel by bus to perform Tawaf Al-Ifaadah and after confirming with the group leader that the sacrifice is done, shave or shorten the hair and now you are completely out of your Ihram. Return back to the Mina camp (10 ZH).
  • Important Note: Bus will be provided on Eid day for transfer between Mina camp and Makkah to perform Tawaf Al-Ifadh, but bus availability is subject to traffic conditions and roads closure period which is controlled by Saudi Government Authorities. This service is not obligatory and it is a compliment from our company. In case of non-availability of the bus, the pilgrim can use a taxi instead at his/her own cost.
  • The days of Tashreeq, throw Jamarat (11 ZH), throw the final Jamarat and then depart to Makkah hotel (12 ZH).
MAKKAH FOURTH: (12 ZH – 14 ZH)/ (02 AUG – 04 AUG)
  
 
  • Continue to pray at Makkah hotel. You can go to the Haram on your own and make sure to perform Tawaf Al-Wadaa' before departing from Makkah (12 - 14 ZH).
  • Boxes for breakfast and dinner will be available at the hotel.
  • Departure day: Travel by private upgraded deluxe air-conditioned bus to Jeddah Accommodation AND/OR Jeddah Airport (14 ZH). Take the flight back to Australia (14/15 ZH - 04/05 AUG).

TO APPLY FOR HAJJ

a) For Hajj Package Reservation:
The Following Documents MUST BE Read, Understood, Filled and Submitted to apply for the Hajj Package:
  1. Hajj Registration Form for each person (ONLINE ONLY).
  2. Hajj Terms & Conditions Agreement for each person (ONLINE ONLY).
  3. The Deposit Payment of $3,500.00 MUST be received in the Bank Account of Adam Travel Australia.
b) Documents Required To Be Submitted:
  • Valid Australian passport for at least six months with 4 empty pages.
  • Four passport size photos (white background).
  • Saudi Arabia Visa Application Form PDF for each person (Download from the website, fill, print & sign it).
  • In case of a NON-Australian passport, the applicant must provide a copy of Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO), to approve that you are a Resident in Australia at least for 2 years.
  • Original Certificate of Vaccination for Meningitis (ACYW 135) and Seasonal Flu vaccine.
  • Certificate of Introduction from Mosque or Islamic Organisation.
  • Declaration of Conversion To Islam PDF
  • A copy of Marriage Certificate for husband & wife (must be duly certified by Police).
  • Copy of Birth Certificates for Brothers/Sisters traveling identifying the relationship as per parents’ names (must be duly certified by Police).
  • A copy of Birth Certificate for children or infants who accompany their parents. (must be duly certified by Police).
  • Females of age under 45 years must be traveling with a Mahram and must have a proof of relationship (must be duly certified by Police). [Females of age above 45 years can be traveling without a Mahram.]
  • A Mahram must be a minimum 17 years of age.
  • Any supporting documents required by the Saudi Embassy. (must be duly certified by Police).
  • Prepaid self-addressed Courier Bag or Australian Express post Platinum envelope (Maximum Weight of no less than 500g, Maximum Thickness 20mm) for us to return your Passport and other documents in relation to your travel. Alternative arrangements of returning your documents can be made at your own expense.
  • If requested by relevant authorities to use air-courier for passport and Hajj documents to obtain Hajj visa between Melbourne and Canberra and between Canberra and Melbourne (2 way), the cost of the air-courier will be borne and paid by the client which is $165.00.
